Reservation Questions
What are the opening hours?
Dinner: 5 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
closed on Wednesdays
How do I book a table or check availability?
JEJU reservations are available for parties of 2 - 6 guests up to 13 days in advance.
Dinner - reservations can be made online through Tock.
Do you have outdoor seating/patio available?
Yes, JEJU Tofino has a covered, heated outdoor patio, weather permitting, available in the Spring and Summer months.
Do you accept group bookings? How far in advance do I need to book for a large group?
JEJU accepts reservations for groups of up to 6 people.

Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes, walk-in guests are welcome and seated on a first-come, first-served availability basis. However, we recommend reserving your dining experience to avoid disappointment
General Questions
Do you offer takeaway or delivery services? How do I access this?
Yes, JEJU Restaurant offers a Takeaway menu available for pick up only. Orders can be placed at the restaurant. Unfortunately, JEJU does not offer delivery.
Is there parking available nearby, or do you have a parking lot?
There is a street parking available.
Can I purchase gift vouchers or gift cards for your restaurant?
Yes, JEJU gift cards can be purchased through the restaurant.
Are pets allowed outside and inside?
Guide dogs and service dogs are always welcome at JEJU in accordance with the BC Guide Dog and Service Dog Act. Our outside patio is pet-friendly.
What’s the dress code?
The dress code at JEJU is casual.
Are highchairs or booster seats available for young children?
JEJU has two highchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis.
What methods of payment do you accept?
JEJU accepts all major credit cards, cash (CAD), and JEJU gift cards.
What are you doing for sustainability and recycling?
JEJU is committed to sourcing local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible and minimizing our environmental footprint. From reducing food waste to supporting sustainable fishing practices. We actively promote recycling practices in our operations, ensuring that materials such as paper, glass, and plastic are properly sorted and recycled.

Menu & Food Questions
What food does your restaurant specialize in?
JEJU Restaurant Tofino serves contemporary Korean cuisine with authentic flavours inspired by the owners’ childhood food memories.
Do you use locally-sourced ingredients in your recipes?
Yes, when possible, JEJU uses local ingredients in our menu items.
Jeju uses locally grown cabbage for our homemade kimchi, as well as locally grown produce for our pickled radishes.
Are there vegetarian and vegan options available?
JEJU offers select vegetarian options on the a la carte menu.
Are there gluten-free options available?
JEJU offers select gluten-free menu options upon request. However, the JEJU kitchen is not a gluten-free environment.
I have a specific allergy; can the kitchen cater to that?
Please kindly understand we are NOT able to accommodate allergies or aversions to soy, sesame and garlic.
Can I request a custom dish or make changes to an existing one?
We are not able to accommodate custom dish requests.
Are there choices for children on the menu?
JEJU does not have a specific children’s menu, however, there are a la carte menu items suitable for children.

How can I book a private event or party?

What’s the maximum capacity for events and functions?
JEJU can accommodate a private event for 30 seated at multiple tables.
Is there a separate space available for private events?
JEJU does not have a private dining room.
What’s the cost to rent the whole space for a private event?
JEJU is available for private events. Please contact us directly at info@jejutofino.com to discuss your specific event.
